- When we receive your order, we will ship your goods and update the tracking number within 1 to 3 business days. (If there are special circumstances, such as items out of stock, we will contact you first through the email address you left, please make sure your email address is acceptable for email.）
- We will deliver your shipment using UPS or Fedex courier service. The shipment will be dispatched from two warehouses in the United States and will be matched with the best warehouse based on your address.
- Once the package is shipped, it is usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days
- We can only accept non faulty items returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Please thoroughly inspect any item your order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
- Once we have received your return, we will complete your refund within 14 days
- We will not cover the shipping costs for returns due to your personal reasons. If a faulty item is accepted, we will reschedule shipment of a new item or we will send a replacement.
